How does Pair Vibe actually work?

We schedule a live session — a video call with screen share. We open your Replit, build the site in front of you, and you redirect us in real time. Most sites ship by the end of the same week we start. The minimum booking is 90 minutes, billed at $500/hour.

Why hourly instead of a flat project price?

Accepted Answer

Because the work is live and the scope is whatever you decide it should be. You're not paying for a designer's quote, a project manager, three rounds of revisions, or a 30-page spec document. You're paying for the minutes we sit in your repo making the changes you ask for. If we ship in one session, that's the bill. If you want a second session next week, that's a separate bill.

What's a Starter Site?

A Starter Site is one of our pre-built industry layouts — restaurant, law firm, dental, plumber, florist, and more — customized live for your business in a two-hour session. $2,500 flat. Same-day ship. The layout is already designed and proven; we swap in your brand, your copy, your photos, and we deploy.

Why not just hand me a finished Starter Site for less money?

Because the value isn't the template — it's the two hours of judgment we spend customizing it for your business and walking you through the controls so you can update it later. A template you can't run is a template that ages out in six months. The flat fee includes the build, the live walk-through, and the deploy.

Question 5

Who is Solo Vibe for?

Accepted Answer

Existing clients only. Once we've built your site together, you get access to the portal at /portal. Drop a ticket — "swap this hero photo," "add a new pricing tier," "this contact form is broken on mobile" — and we pick it up. Billed at $20/minute on the real minutes spent in your repo. No estimates, no scoping calls, no monthly retainer. You see the timer.

Why per-minute? Isn't that weird?

It's the only model where you don't pay for the time we didn't actually spend. A small change really does take three minutes. A bigger one really does take forty. Per-minute billing means the invoice matches the work. We started with hourly. Clients kept saying "I just need a quick fix, do I really have to book an hour?" Solo Vibe is the answer.

Do I own everything?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The code lives in your Replit account from the first line. The domain is yours. The accounts are yours. If we never speak again, your site keeps running. There's no proprietary builder, no monthly platform fee, no "come back to us to change a phone number." Take it with you. Forever.

What if the session goes long?

Accepted Answer

For Pair Vibe, you only pay for the time we use, in 30-minute increments past the 90-minute minimum. For Starter Sites, the flat price covers the two-hour build; if you want extra time on the day, we book it as a Pair Vibe overflow at $500/hour. For Solo Vibe, the timer is the timer — you see it in the portal.

Cancellation policy?

Cancel 24+ hours before for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, no refund. Reschedule up to 12 hours before the session.

Do you take on big custom projects?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. If your project is bigger than a Starter Site and longer than a single Pair Vibe session, we book a series of Pair Vibe sessions and call it a build. Same hourly rate, same live process, no project-management overhead. If we think your project is genuinely outside our wheelhouse, we'll tell you.
